Navin's Evo VII is currently undergoing a huge upgrade.
To tell you a little about the car, it is a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VII nicknamed "The Grey Goose".
The Evo has been repowered with an Evo VII block, a 2.3 Eagle stroker kit with Wiseco forged pistons, Kelfords 272 deg camshafts, oversized valves and a mildly ported cylinder head.
The engine management is controlled by a Link G4, which controls the air being snorted by a HKS3037S HKS Turbo.
The car visually has an angry stance thanks to the help of a C-West front end, an evo 9 rear end, and a carbon fibre bonnet which Navin has had partially painted to go with the flow of the evo.
Whiteline have provided all the suspension bushings and the car rides flat thanks to a full coilover setup front and rear.
Navin has Andre Simons from Speedtech in Wellington tuning the Evo, with the first figures being produced at 280Kw at all fours, at 17PSI, with the injectors maxing at 6000RPM.
With some new injectors on the way, the evo will be back on the dyno within the next few days, hoping for somewhere between
320 - 340 Kw at the treads.
